You must be BORN AGAIN!
John 3.
These are the words of Jesus.
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3)
5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. (John 3:5)
Born in the Spirit!
You must genuinely receive Jesus.
Here is evidence & signs you are born again according to the bible…
#1 Transformation (Romans 12:2)
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2)
You become transformed in the mind, heart, & soul..
That’s the power of God and what Jesus can do in us & through us.
#2 Regeneration (Titus 3:4-6)
4 But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, 5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, 6 whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, (Titus 3:4-6)
Regeneration is renovation.
When a house is getting renovated, it must tear down the old to build the new.
True regeneration allows us to remove the old person & desires.
When God removes, He replaces with something better for us.
#3 Obedience (John 8:31)
31 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. (John 8:31)
19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous. (Romans 5:19)
Our obedience to God is what opens doors to the kingdom of God.
When we know how to use the keys… which comes from obedience, supernatural doors open.
The bible says obedience is better than sacrifice.
#4 Discernment (Hebrews 5:14)
14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. (Hebrews 5:14)
You see things differently.
Discernment is that spiritual awareness.
The things of God & the Spirit can ONLY be spiritually discerned.
#5 Fruitfulness (Galatians 5:22-23)
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. (Galatians 5:22-23)
