The OLD man must leave so the NEW man can have room & enter.
#1 Teacher
The Holy Spirit is our Teacher.
26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. (John 14:26)
The Holy Spirit brings remembrance of ALL things.
By His Spirit THROUGH His Spirit.
#2 Truth
17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. (John 14:17)
There is a difference between true & truth.
Circumstances about you might have been ‘once’ true in one season, but is not true in this season.
Truth never changes.
Truth is God’s word.
His word lives & abides forever.
His mercies are new everyday.
Those that are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish like a palm tree.
No weapon formed against you will prosper.
These are all TRUTH because truth NEVER changes.
#3 Transformer
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2)
23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, (Ephesians 4:23)
God’s Spirit works in us day by day.
Learn to be renewed in the spirit of your mind.
God’s spirit is a gift from God.
4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. (Romans 5:4-5)
4 But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, 5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, 6 whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, (Titus 3:4-6)
