Who God Intended For His Children To Be - Part 3/5

The enemy wants to alter the original design of God over our life.
He is both an imitator & a deceiver.
If we can believe God's promise over the enemies lies... watch TRUE transformation & healing take place.
26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” (Genesis 1:26)
We were created in His image.

God is love.

& if God love's us...
God’s intention is for us to love one another.
9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. 13 By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. (1 John 4:9-13)

#1 His workmanship

10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10)

God's plan is higher than ours.

God's ways are higher than ours.

God's plan is ALWAYS greater.

Since we are His fellow workers, His plan to use us to build the Kingdom has several benefits that are greater than what this world can offer.

#2 Heirs according to the promise

26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. (Galatians 3:26-29)
We have access to inherit God's promises.

As a son & daughter of the Lord, there is amazing promises we have the ability to receive.

#3 Rich in Christ

9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich. (2 Corinthians 8:9)
We are rich spiritually, emotionally & as good stewards physically.
The Lord gives each of us seeds that we must steward.

He continues to supply us of all our needs.
To be rich in in Christ... shows He supplies our needs but gives us a little bit more to bless others.

We have been blessed to be a blessing to others.
