How To Pray In The Holy Spirit

Praying in the Holy Spirit is aligned with God. With power. With Authority. With His will. With His guidance
It’s a SURRENDERED prayer.

THY will not MY will.

42 Again, a second time, He went away and prayed, saying, “O My Father, [h]if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless I drink it, Your will be done.” (Matthew 26:42)

Priority.

God first. Trust God. (Matthew 6:33)

It’s very important to make God a priority in EVERYTHING we do.

Prayer.
Pray without ceasing. Talk with God all the time.

Consistent prayer time with God allows us to discern the difference with prayer & praying in the Holy Spirit.

16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)

Pour.
Gods word. Once it’s poured in, it’s poured out.

Peace.

After you pray. You’ll have a peace like no other.

A peace that only the Prince of Peace can impart upon you.

You may still be in the middle of trials, tribulations & challenges… but the peace keeps you at rest in Him.

and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7)
26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. (Romans 8:26)

20 But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, 21 keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. (Jude 1:20-21)

God bless you!

In Jesus Name
